Francis Adedoyin

Francis Adedoyin is the Regional Vice President - Africa at Eftex Energy Limited – the overseas arm and wholly-owned subsidiary of Eftex Energy Services, LLC, USA, where he primarily leads a team of people that project-manages major Procurement and Project Delivery needs of our Oil, Gas, Mining and Infrastructure (Electrical, Telecommunications, Controls Systems, Civil, etc) clients, and consults for diverse project and business leadership teams in multi-industry environments. He does these with high quality and cost-effective services in a way that accelerates business growth.

Francis is a project engineering management professional with over 3 decades of hands-on experience. Majority of his career life hitherto was spent garnering/deploying progressive experience, expertise and a verifiable record of achievement in delivering strong and sustainable financial gains and cost reductions in engineering services, including his fifteen-year stint in Production Technical Support of The Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited, in various engineering roles.

He combines exceptional technical, analytical, and engineering qualifications with outstanding project procurement, project controls, management, numeric and computing skills. Strong work ethic reinforced by a positive team player attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. Accurate, focused, and methodical with quick learning abilities. Gifted with an innate ability to effectively handle multi-task assignments. Francis is an expert in team building and inter-discipline liaison to achieve productivity, performance, quality, and cost objectives.

Francis holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the OAU in Ile-Ife and he is a registered Engineer with the COREN. He mentors up and coming engineering and project management and allied technical resources in the Oil, Gas and Telecommunications industries.
